Adrienne Hepworth is the Director of Marketing for Encima Global. Based in Chicago, Adrienne was a Senior Managing Director in the Institutional Equity Division of Bear Stearns, where she covered major institutional investors in the Midwest and Southwest.

Adrienne spent 14 years at Bear, Stearns, working closely with David Malpass and his product. Prior to Bear, Stearns, Adrienne worked in institutional equity sales at Merrill Lynch in Chicago, Prudential Bache in Chicago, and PaineWebber in Denver. Adrienne has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Scripps College in Claremont, California.
